Switch the ice maker off and let the sheet thaw before anything else. Look for a cube wedged in the assembly or a plug of ice in the fill tube and lift it out by hand. Then draw the bin out and watch: if water still arrives with the maker switched off, a valve is passing and the supply should be turned off at the shut-off.
Why the ice forms where it does
